Coach Max Silberlicht joins Israel National team

Max Silberlicht joined Latvia Lacrosse in 2013, when team was prepearing for World Championships in Denver, USA. He also was with team in Euros 2016 (Hungary) and last year's World Championships in Netanya, Israel.

Max first met Latvia Lacrosse in 2010 in Berlin, Germany, at biggest club tournament in Europe - Berlin Open. Coach Pauls Dzintars Kalnins wanted to chat with former Hobart graduate and this chat turned out into a great story for both sides. A year later, Max brought Berlin Open 2009 and 2010 winners - team Gatorade - to Latvia, where they participated in Lacrosse Summer fest, held by Jelgava city,

Federation board has named next head coach - Krisjanis Volfs. Krisjanis joined coaching staff in 2017, when team was prepearing for World championships in Israel last summer. Jurgis Pucka, another former national team player, also also joined coaching staff as a defensive coordinator. Both will add more people to coaching staff until this summer's camp - selection for European championships in Wroclaw, Poland, next year.
